Joel Runyon: Do The Impossible!

Table of Contents

Today's podcast is with Joel Runyon, an athlete, entrepreneur, and all-around awesome dude who is dedicated to helping people escape their comfort zone and do the “impossible”.

Here are links to get it on iTunes, Stitcher, and Google Play.

After graduating college, Joel found himself living at home, unable to find a job.

One day decided to make a list of all the things he wanted to do that, at the time, he thought would be impossible.

This list changed his life.

He started to do the things on his “impossible list“, starting with a small triathlon…

Joel has since traveled the world, running ultramarathons on all seven continents. He started a company, learned multiple languages and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for charity.

Each of Joel's “impossible” adventures brought new insight, confidence, grit, and perspective– some of which he is able to share with us in this interview.

Joel truly enriches your life simply by meeting him. Once you listen to this episode, I promise you'll want to go out and do something impossible too.

Again, here are the links to get the episode on iTunes, Stitcher, and Google Play.

Big thanks to our partners at AfterShokz who make this podcast, and everything we do at Charity Miles possible!

If you're listening to this podcast while walking or running, I hope you're wearing their open-ear bone conduction headphones.

Not only do they enable you to listen to your podcasts and music safely, but since they don't go in your ear, they are the most comfortable headphones I've ever owned– and they never fall out!
