I first learned of Oiselle because they have a huge and very passionate community using Charity Miles, ever since we first launched in 2012.
Since then, I've always looked up to Oiselle as a brand, and Sally personally for the way she has built her company– and her community.
So, a couple of weeks ago, when I was in Seattle to visit family, I met Sally on the shores of Lake Washington for one of the most spectacular runs I've ever been on.
We talked about the intersection of business and community, “rage runs”, and the importance of what you do after your run. (Hint, it's not a cool down.)
