Brett Parker: 7 Marathons on 7 Continents in 7 Days… Do Epic $H!T!

Team, less than two weeks ago, I took a walk around the Central Park Reservoir with my friend, Bret Parker– just days before he embarked on a journey to run 7 marathons, on all 7 continents in just 7 days!

Oh, and as if that weren't challenging enough, Bret has Parkinson's…  But, as we'll hear in this interview, Bret's Parkinson's has become his superpower– inspiring him to “Do Epic Shit” that he might otherwise never dream of.

Since recording this interview– Bret has already completed his 7-7-7 challenge.  And in just a few hours I'll be on my way to celebrate his accomplishment at the Michael J. Fox Foundation's office.  I'm hoping that we'll be able to record a bonus interview with Bret today or tomorrow so that he can share his experience with us.

But, either way, I'm super inspired by Bret.  And I hope you enjoy this interview as much as I enjoyed recording it.  Go, Team Fox!  #EveryMileMatters!
