Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration

association for frontotemporal

The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration (AFTD) is a national nonprofit working to improve the quality of life of people affected by Frontotemporal Degeneration (FTD) and drive research for a cure. FTD is the most common dementia for people under 60: bringing progressive changes in behavior and personality, language and/or movement, and loss of function. Currently, there are no treatments and there is no cure. We work every day to advance research, awareness, support, education and advocacy.
